Weed control using Terram WeedGuard geotextile fabric is easy. It is a superior quality, environmentally friendly weed suppressant & drainage control landscaping fabric. Water, air, nutrients & gasses pass efficiently through the geotextile fabric whilst suppressing weeds without the use of any chemicals. A slower rate of water evaporation also reduces the level of watering required.

Terram "Build A" Geotextile Fabric

Terram Build A geotextile fabric has been specially developed for house builders & homeowners offering the perfect ground stabilization solution.

Terram Build A geotextile fabric is ideal for use on soft, wet, or unstable ground conditions & can be used for a large range of foundation applications under access roads, decking, driveways, rockeries & large paved areas.

REGULATORY NOTE: From 1st October 2008 new UK planning rules apply for householders wanting to lay paving in their front gardens. Planning permission is now required for any impermeable surface exceeding 5m² in a front garden. Using Terram Build A geotextile fabric in conjunction with any permeable paving solution such as gravel, permeable concrete block paving or porous asphalt, planning permission will not be required. Terram MiniPak Geotextile Fabric

Terram MiniPak geotextile fabric (50m²) is the original builders’ choice.

The Terram MiniPak geotextile fabric is a non woven structure. Sub-base layers in pavement/paving construction applications often require different grades of aggregates with various properties. The migration of fineness can cause failure in construction layers & therefore beneficial to use a geotextile fabric such as Terram MiniPak geotextile fabric to help separate construction layers.

Advantages of the MiniPak geotextile are:

• Aids drainage
• Seperates building materials in construction foundations
• Aids ground stabilisation
• Prevents drainage pipes clogging up
