Plasson Mechanical Fittings

Plasson Mechanical Compression PP fittings offer solutions for connecting PE pipes, used for conveying water and other fluids in urban and inter-urban infrastructure, industrial, mining, landscape and farming applications and for carrying communication lines.

Plasson Mechanical Compression Fittings are designed to withstand working pressures of up to 16bar, and also include valves which allow the regulation of flow. These fittings are manufactured in diameters ranging from 16mm to 160mm.

Plasson Compression Fittings

Plasson compression fittings are available as dedicated Black2Blue metric / imperial fittings as well as there being a range of adaptors for adapting the metric fitting to accept these pipe types.

Plasson "PlassOne" Fittings (Pushfit)

Plasson PlassOne push-fittings provide connectivity of PE pipe to a variety of plumbing pipe materials including PE, PB, PEX, and Copper. Inserting the pipe into the fitting to the stop creates both the seal and the grip on the pipe.

Plasson PlassOne is designed to provide a 16-bar rated joint to PE pipe and is suitable for above and below ground use.

Plasson PlassOne has a compact and attractive design makes this fitting ideal for the plumbing market, where space is limited and appearance is crucial. It is designed to suit the change from PE pipe to Copper, PB and PEX in the building. Simplicity of assembly makes the professional´s job easier whilst retaining Plasson fittings´ performance.

Plasson ElectroFusion Fittings

Plasson ElectroFusion fittings are specifically designed for reliable, high performance pipe joining and long system life. This automated system has been proven to be most economical due to the low potential for operator error.

All Plasson products combine to form the latest state-of-the-art high performance pipe joining solution. Plasson ElectroFusion fittings are part of a complete electrofusion smart system. The entire ElectroFusion process is executed and fully monitored by the computerized control box. Everything is computer-controlled ensuring safe, dependable connections.

Plasson ElectroFusion fittings can be used with Plasson´s computerized smart-system control box or with standard barcode systems. Each Plasson ElectroFusion fitting comes complete with a barcode.

Plasson PVC Fittings and Valves are precision molded pressure pipe fittings suitable for pipe systems up to 16bar.

Plasson PVC Valves made from uPVC and PVC Fittings made from PVC-UH, and comprise Plasson's comprehensive range of items and sizes that can be joined either by cold solvent cementing or through threading.

All PVC Plasson fittings and valves are suitable for potable water, beverages, and food contact as well as corrosive fluid transport.
