Contourail Railings

Contourail Railings offer the most innovative self-raking fencing system which allows for the fastest, easiest and most economical installation possible, even on sloping or undulating ground conditions.
Contourail railings unique non-welded design enables it to be assembled after coating which means that colour combination options are many and varied, even within individual panels.

Improved Rail

The design of the HD horizontal rail means that the installer can adjust the railing on site to follow ground contours and accommodate any changes in direction, as it proceeds around the fence line.

The HD rail can withstand a downward pressure of up to 200kg with no permanent sag, therefore no grand tube centre supports are required. Traditional Contourail can rake to 800mm and Standard Bow Top for 550mm per panel.

All Contour gates are supplied with internal lockable drop bolt and lockable slip latch as standard. Self closing gates information is available on request. We offer a full range of standard gates, which are available in both single and double leaf. As well as swing gates, Basion also supply a range of cantilever and tracked sliding gates. A wide range of specifications are available ranging from RoSPA compliant playgrounds through to Police approved security.

British Standards / Quality Assurance

Swing gates and posts aew manufactured generally in accordance with or exceeding the requirements of BS1722, Part One (for heights of 1.8mtr high and below). The standard width of a single leaf gate is 1200mm wide, enabling it to fall in line with disabled access requirements.
