Kee Klamp

The
simple but effective engineering principle of the Kee Klamp fitting is the foundation
of the most versatile tube connection available. There are many variations of
fitting providing the versatility to achieve virtually any structural configuration With a range of 8 different sizes of tube available it gives the variety and diversity to satisfy any customer need.





Steel Tubing
Kee Klamp fittings are produced in a range of standard sizes to suit steel tubing to BS EN 10255 (ISO 65) medium and heavy gauge, from 13.5mm to 60.3mm outside tube diameter.Tubing of other specifications can be used providing the outside diameter is compatible with BS EN 10255 (ISO 65) and the wall thickness is not less than 3.2mm.

Finishes
Kee Klamp fittings are supplied hot dip galvanised to BS EN (ISO 1461). Standard steel tube is galvanised to the requirements of BS EN 10255 (ISO 65)Colours
In addition to this standard finish tube fittings and accessories can be supplied with polyester coating on any RAL colour. It is of a high quality and usually applied to products already galvanised. Should damage occur to the coating, corrosion is still prevented.




Kee Lite
Kee Lite fittings are made from high grade Aluminium Silicon Magnesium Alloy (A356-T6) which provide for a lightweight, corrosion resistant, and strong alternative for fabrication of tubular structures. Due to the superior corrosion resistance, Kee Lite fittings offer extremely low maintenance in outdoor settings. Kee Lite fittings are only one-third the weight of our iron fittings, with about 75% of comparable tensile strength.

Kee Access - DDA
The Kee Access range of tubular fittings are designed specifically to meet the requirements
of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), the Building Regulations Part M and
the British Standard BS 8300. The Kee Access components provide
a cost-effective solution for handrail installations on both new and refurbishment
projects. Kee Access components have been designed to give a smooth handrail with size 7 tube (outside diameter 42.2mm). All fittings can be powder coated in a choice of RAL colours to meet the visibility and 'not cold to the tough' requirements of the DDA.
Kee Access is ideal for creating new barriers, but the system can also be used as a retrofit solution, due to its add-on components which allow a new handrail to be added on to existing railing systems.





Engineering
The modular Kee Access components are designed to suit BS EN 10255 (ISO 65) steel tubes. Components are made of galvanised cast iron to BS EN ISO 1461 for long term maintenance; they are also available with polyester coating in RAL colour. Any Kee Access Railing System can be easily installed with a hex tool and tube cutters, and is therefore easily assembled without specialised workers or equipment, saving you both time and money.Kee Safety has a solution for every environment and situation. Kee Klamp components can be implemented alongside Kee Access components to create a complete line of complementary galvanised components.
