The physical size of the galvanizing bath is 3.8m long, 1.67m wide and 2.13m deep. Maximum weight of material that can be handled at any one time is 2 tonnes.

Where there may be fabrications close to the dimensions of the galvanizing bath, double dipping of longer items is required; it is advisable to contact us for advice (double dip galvanizing up to 6.0m sizes on application).
